Amira brings the ancient arts of Yoga and Belly dance together in a modern world, with a program that teaches gentle and effective techniques to help every woman on the path to one of life's most profound experiences - motherhood. Amira is a Belly Dancer with an RN degree. With her dance experience and years of medical study, she has a unique perspective on the benefits of Yoga, Dance and Exercise and the effects of such on a mother and baby- before, during and after pregnancy. By applying her experience and training to her own daily life and her own pregnancy, Amira has acquired a deep understanding of women’s health issues, and become a strong advocate of better living and better pregnancy through better diet, proper exercise, and better lifestyle choices.


Prepare yourself for childbirth and motherhood while you keep dancing and stay in shape throughout the process. Let Amira guide you through warm-up and stretching, beneficial exercises (and those that should be avoided) and cool down. This is a Pre-Natal Fitness and Mind Conditioning Program- You will learn the benefits of stretching and exercise, learn to relax, to breathe, and to center yourself with confidence and feminine grace, leaving you feeling invigorated and re-energized.

About Amira: She was born in the tiny Nordic country of Estonia and currently lives in Las Vegas, NV. Soon after her arrival in this country, Amira began studying Belly Dance with Marliza and Nadia of Las Vegas. Amira has also trained with many other well known teachers of Middle Eastern dance such as Zahra Zuhair, Eva Cernik, Aziza, Jillina, Faten Salama, Fahtiem, Sahra Saeeda and Suhaila, to name just a few. She now studies regularly in the US and Middle East, and teaches belly dance independently.

Currently Amira is enjoying growing success, gaining notoriety and respect within the Middle Eastern and Arabic communities in the US and abroad. She is among the most requested belly dancers in Las Vegas, appearing regularly at everything from private parties to Arabic nightclubs, restaurants, and the Arab American Heritage Club. Ever expanding her repertoire, she has studied fire eating under the tutelage of the Cirque du Soleil “O” show performer Ray Wold, and incorporates fire into her performances.
